“Well judging from your last answer, it seems you may not know as much about human emotions as much as you thought you did~” Aku snarled in a smug tone of voice.
“Plus, these humans must have more knowledge over this subject than we both do. It is one of their more common ‘feelings’ after all.”
As painfully true as that may be, Aku was still indignant.
“And have your mortal consultants suggested a solution to your problem?”
“I take orders from NO ONE and I shall do as I please!” said the great yokai as he did exactly as he was told. But only because he wanted to!
“Whatever you say.” With that, Aku change into his more of his women form and wrapped his arms around the large Yokai.
Aku settled comfortably into the warm embrace and held his alternate close. He felt the form in his arms turn soft and feminine and noted the smoothness of the pale green skin.
“THAT’S WHAT I’M TRYING TO DO, SHUT UP AND LET ME FINISH!” Aku pinched his brow and took a deep breath through his nostrils to calm himself down before continuing to speak.
“From what I have been told, a crush is when you have-” The demon gagged slightly, clearly disgusted. “Ugh! It’s when you have a ROMANTIC interest in someone, according to what some of my human acquaintances have been telling me.”
“And you would believe these human acquaintances over me? Your own self? PAH!” The demon lord crossed his arms irately.
“What difference does it make? The proper way to deal with these emotions is to DESTROY what is causing them.”

New verse idea: what if I made an SU verse where Aku is Black Diamond?
He would be basically the same except he’d have a diamond in his chest. His powers would be pretty much identical with the inclusion of gem corruption and possession. There would be a major debate over his validity as a legitimate Diamond and the other Diamonds would likely not see him as a true Diamond.
