Threats. He was giving threats, and expecting this not to blow up in his face later? Bold, very bold of him indeed. He better keep that sword on him or Black Hat was going to make him regret everything.

“Quick and easy. Right. As if I’d ever take orders from a B List Villain such as yourself.”

It didn’t keep Black from growling and retreating a step, baring his teeth like an animal to SNARL, almost as if he wanted to rip the other entity’s face off right then. Even faced with possible death, he refused to cooperate.

“You make me SICK, you embarrassment! Using a divine blade against one of your own. I’ve kept him out of your hair, even tormented him more than you could EVER have dreamed of!”

“YOU’RE SECOND RATE AT BEST AND WE BOTH KNOW IT!”

Was that FEAR he detected? Aku would be awfully amused by that if Black hadn’t opened his mouth to spew his pathetic vitriol and spoil the moment. Of all the times to choose to hurl insults, now was not a wise one. Aku kept the blade aggressively steady while he bristled with fury at Black’s refusal to cooperate.

I AM NOT THE ONE GRANTING LIFE TO HEROES, BOARDING THEM IN MY HOME AND OFFERING THEM PROTECTION FROM THEIR ENEMIES. YOU ARE A TRAITOR TO VILLAIN-KIND!”

The yokai swept a hand through the air in a decisive gesture. He’d had enough of Black’s games. There was a Samurai who needed to die. Again.

Out of my way! I will find the Samurai and finish him MYSELF.” Just as they say, ‘when you want something done right…’ Unlike the stationary trophy room, a panicked Samurai could be hiding anywhere in the mansion. However, he would not be able to hide the scent of his rushing blood and Aku raised his head to sniff the air. Already, he caught a faint scent and turned toward the hall.

Here comes Aku ready to give a big ol’ fat smooch on the shogun’s face. Smooooch.

lord-aku:

unspeakablyevil:

unspeakablyevil:

He awoke with a start and blinked groggily at the intruder.

You dare to awaken the Mighty Aku from his nap?” he demanded, though his words were too tired to have any bite in them. But the demon wasn’t about to let his double get away so easily.

He grabbed hold of his alternate and tugged him down before he could escape, determined to turn him into his own personal blanket.

You are lucky I have such tolerance for your visits,” he grumped playfully, silently appreciating how his other self hadn’t put up a fight.

Of course, Aku didn’t just tolerate his alternate’s visits, he genuinely enjoyed them, especially when the two of them could just curl up together and relax. Closing his eyes, he pressed his face closer until their striped noses touched.

He wrapped his arms around his alternate’s smaller form and held him in a tight embrace. Then he let out a big sigh, utterly comforted.

“Hush now, you miss me.” A much softer tone was heard; carrying a more neutral look his form was all black, yet a few horns were sticking out that could recognize as him. Well, besides the flames on his eyebrows.

As their bodies elapsed with one another. A deep purr escapes the forming shogun, finding himself close to slumber and sweet bliss of enjoying the company.

Even if this was a trap. Aku didn’t plan to leave any time soon.

Aku was aware of no traps, only the comfort of a warm body in his arms. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he knew it was unwise to fully trust his other selves, but that was very easy to forget when one of them was purring so pleasantly against his chest. Yes, he certainly did miss this.

And how could I not? Who wouldn’t miss such an attractive face?” he grinned, curling up around his double. Again he nuzzled their foreheads and noses together affectionately before giving his bed-mate a kiss.
