Ugh, it’s too early for anything to do with end-of-year festivities. We have TWO MONTHS. We can go without such things until sometime in the middle of next month. After Thanksgiving would be much preferred.
“AGREED! IT IS ALL FLUG’S FAULT.”

Aku was silent for a long moment before he answered in a solemn tone.
“I have had Flug’s Christmas carol trapped in my head for the past several days and I have an insatiable desire for eggnog. I am in Hell.”
I know that friendship isn’t your thing, but if you did consider having a friend, like a true friend, would you do everything in your power to protect that said friend?

{Looool, I love the contrast of Aku being this ruthless demon ruler but also a super sappy dad. Like, he’ll probably drop whatever he’s doing to pay attention to his daughters. “You are luck! My little future empress would like to go out for ice cream, so your torture session ends early today!”}
Under the right circumstances I think Aku could have been an awesome dorky villain dad. Still ruthless tho. Probably more ruthless if he thinks his daughters are in danger.
